This incredible family was visiting from Washington State, escaping the cold winter to enjoy the warmth of the Arizona desert. We had a gorgeous sunny day with perfect weather for this family session, ideal for capturing that golden Arizona desert glow. The kids were fascinated by the towering cacti, and we all soaked in the warm Phoenix sunshine while exploring the desert together. I loved capturing their sweet and silly personalities while documenting the love they share as a family. Their focus was on having fun and enjoying candid moments together and that’s exactly what we did!
This family told me they have a tradition of booking professional family photos whenever they travel to a new destination. It’s such a fun way to create a memorable experience and a beautiful souvenir. I absolutely LOVE that idea and might have to convince my husband to start the same tradition (though let’s be honest, he knew he was marrying a photographer, so his vote doesn’t really count! 😂).
